Transportation
Program
Door to
door transportation services are offered to older adults who find
it difficult or are unable to use public transportation services.
Staff and volunteers drive and escort individuals and groups from
their homes to Kimochi program sites. Other transportation runs
can be arranged.

CRITERIA |
| 1. |
Individual
unable to independently use public fixed route service (i.e.,
Muni, BART). |
| 2. |
Temporarily unable to
independently use public fixed route service. |
| 3. |
Meets all paratransit
eligibility based on completion of an application form. |
DONATION/FEE
FOR SERVICE
Donations per one way trip are requested.
